Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI integration.
Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms for various applications.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train AI models.
Fine-tune and optimize AI models for accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
Deploy AI solutions in production environments and monitor their performance.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of AI tools, frameworks, and libraries.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
Ensure data privacy and security are maintained throughout AI development and deployment.
Document AI development processes and create clear technical documentation.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the AI team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or TensorFlow.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and neural networks.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services is desirable.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex AI projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to stay updated with the latest AI research and developments.
A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Experience with data engineering and big data technologies is a plus.

Requirements
