HVAC Service $205.00
*Spring and Fall Maintenance- With this maintenance and service agreement, you receive priority service scheduling and a 10% discount on repairs and or equipment replacement cost. Washington Home Doctors will schedule visits to your home in the Spring and again in the Fall. We will provide the following services during the visits:
-Replace and or clean furnace filter (new filter supplied by homeowner).
-Check refrigerant charge.
-Check thermostat for proper operation.
-Inspect condensate lines and pump.
-Inspect fan motors and lubricate if necessary.
-Inspect and tighten electrical connections as needed.
-Test and inspect refrigerant compressor.
-Inspect combustion chamber.
-Inspect flu pipe.
-Inspect and Service flame sensor.
-Inspect and Service ignitor.
-Ensure proper system sequence of operation.
-Wipe down furnace cabinet.
* For multi-unit homes a separate fee of $145.00 for each additional HVAC system will
be added.
Note- equipment inspections are important and can prevent sudden equipment failure, if tested parts are found to be out of specification. Pats of the equipment are tested and inspected to be within the manufacturer's specifications. This, however, does not guarantee any part of your system beyond the inspection as any electro-mechanical part can fail at any time do to other extenuating circumstances.
